Abstract
The sculptural work of Becky Guttin is formed by broken spheres, glass or bronze squares traversed by bodies of the same materials, logs cleaved by sheets of sharo glass. The contrast and opposition of both the materials and textures are based on a contradictory syntax, whose equilibrium is due to an asymmetry that transgresses stability. To understand this requires an analysís based on the vectorial field on which they depend and wbere the opposítions converge.Downloads
